Payment Terms

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, availability is subject to our schedule.
Client Obligations
Site Preparation
Clients are responsible for preparing the service area before our team arrives. This includes:
- Removing obstacles such as toys, furniture, and garden equipment.
- Ensuring pets are secured in a safe area away from the work site.
- Access to electricity and water sources if required for specific services.
Liability and Insurance
Limitations of Liability
Mowing London is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
- Existing damages or issues present before service commencement.
- Damages caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events.
- Issues arising from improper site preparation by the client.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during our services. Please notify us immediately of any damages observed.
Service Guarantees
Quality Assurance
We guarantee the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 7 days for resolution. We will address any valid concerns promptly.
Equipment Maintenance
Mowing London ensures that all equipment is regularly maintained and in good working condition to provide efficient and effective services.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches any of these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or otherwise disrupts our operations.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Mowing London, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Force Majeure
Mowing London is not liable for any failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
